Position:

Experience:

  • Hands-on experience configuring Ironclad CLM or comparable CLM platforms (Sirion, Agiloft, Icertis, Conga, etc.)

Eligibility:

  • Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes
  • Experience building workflows, templates, and automation within SaaS platforms
  • Ability to interpret solution designs and translate them into technical configurations
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and data structures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Solution Architects and Project Managers in delivery teams
  • Background in Legal Engineering, Legal Technology, or CLM implementation
  • Exposure to Agile or sprint-based delivery environments
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, DocuSign, Microsoft ecosystem, or integration tools such as Workato
  • Basic understanding of JSON or structured data concepts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Ironclad workflows, templates, approval processes, contract schemas, clause libraries, and playbooks
  • Implement workflow automation using Ironclad Workflow Designer
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Project Managers to deliver client implementations
  • Translate business and functional requirements into system configurations
  • Participate in client workshops, demonstrations, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Support integrations with third-party systems and assist with data migration and contract metadata modelling
  • Troubleshoot workflow and configuration issues and perform testing before deployment
  • Support client training and identify opportunities to improve contract management through automation
  • Contribute to internal documentation and reusable delivery assets
