Eligibility:
- 4–5 years PQE in active litigation
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Experience in commercial disputes, corporate litigation, insolvency, and white-collar matters (preferred)
- Ability to independently handle filings, client communication, and court appearances
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of matters
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling matters before Trial Courts, High Courts, NCLT, and other tribunals
- Independently drafting pleadings, petitions, applications, and research notes
- Assisting senior counsel in litigation strategy and case preparation
- Appearing before courts and tribunals for procedural and effective advocacy hearings
- Coordinating with clients and maintaining accurate case records
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative work environment
