Eligibility:

- Prior experience working on M&A deals and corporate transactions
- Experience in legal due diligence and transaction execution is mandatory
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Sound understanding of corporate and commercial laws
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with M&A transactions and corporate advisory matters
- Conduct legal due diligence for transactions
- Support end-to-end transaction execution
- Draft and review transaction and corporate documents
- Conduct legal research and provide corporate law support
- Assist with client coordination and transaction management
