Position:

  • 5–9 years of IP docketing experience

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 5–9 years of IP docketing experience
  • Experience with U.S. and foreign patent prosecution preferred
  • IP experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical sectors preferred
  • Anaqua docketing system experience preferred
  • Strong organisational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Review and docket patent prosecution correspondence
  • Manage U.S. and foreign patent dockets and critical deadlines
  • Coordinate filing instructions and follow-ups with outside associates
  • Ensure country-specific patent formalities and documentation
  • Prepare reports and maintain patent records in Anaqua
  • Coordinate PCT, national phase, Paris Convention, and EP filings
  • Manage patent annuity payments and review submission documents
  • Support invention disclosures and audit patent database records
