Senior Associate — Private Equity & Venture Capital (PE–VC)

Eligibility:

• LL.B. degree
• 1–2 years of work experience
• Must be from a reputed law firm with hands-on experience in PE–VC transactions
• Bar Council enrollment is mandatory
• Only experienced candidates should apply

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of private equity and venture capital transactions
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating investment documents
• Due diligence and transaction execution capability
• Client communication and advisory skills
