Eligibility:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience
- Experience in similar organizations, preferably in Retail, QSR, Diagnostic Labs & Pharmacy Chains, or Consumer Electronics & Mobile Retail sectors
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate Lease and Leave & License Agreements along with other commercial contracts
- Handle MIC and litigation-related matters
- Manage legal matters relating to Factory Compliance, Legal Metrology, and Trademarks
- Coordinate with external legal counsels and Government authorities
- Support the business on legal and compliance matters
