Eligibility:
Must Have:
- 3–6+ years of experience
- LL.B. or graduation from a recognised university
- Experience working in an in-house legal team
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and drafting skills
Nice to Have: - Experience in a law firm and/or in-house role
- Understanding of basic contracting principles with ability to analyse low to mid-complexity contracts
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple demands
- Strong time-management skills with a professional and positive attitude
- Ability to advise and interact with senior management
- Knowledge of SharePoint / O365
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing NDAs, Powers of Attorney, and standardising terms and processes across global entities
- Ensuring adherence to SOP guidelines for creation and review of contract documents
- Delivering contract drafts within agreed timelines based on customer requirements
- Tracking and reporting operational metrics for the contract review process
- Following up with stakeholders to obtain final executed agreements
- Tracking digitised contracts on e-signature platforms (e.g., Adobe Sign, DocuSign) and archiving executed documents
- Providing clear and timely responses to queries related to contract signing and execution
