Eligibility:
- Experience supporting AI governance, digital products, privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, or risk programmes
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with enterprise applications and generative AI systems
- Strong attention to detail and structured information management
- Experience with governance, business operations, technology, or process improvement preferred
Responsibilities:
- Support AI governance workflows, intake reviews, risk assessments, and stakeholder coordination
- Improve digital, privacy, cybersecurity, and AI contracting processes through automation and technology
- Support administration, tracking, and initial review of digital, AI, privacy, and data-related agreements
- Maintain contract metadata, playbooks, templates, clause libraries, and knowledge resources
- Develop contract analytics, dashboards, reporting, and operational metrics
- Train and support stakeholders on legal and governance processes
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, transparency, and scalability
