Practice Area:
Legal & Risk Management — Consulting, Technology, and Contract Management

Eligibility:

• Law graduate (LL.B. or equivalent) with 3–5 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents such as terms and conditions, Statements of Work (SoWs), consulting and technology contracts, and complex commercial agreements.
• Experience in UK law preferred.
• Familiarity with IT contracts (System Integration, Agile projects, IT advisory, program management, or software development).
• Strong understanding of risk management and compliance, including GDPR and data protection principles.
• Experience with multi-vendor IT landscapes and intellectual property (IP) terms in contracts.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver training sessions (in person or via MS Teams).

Key Responsibilities (indicative):

• Serve as the first point of contact for UK business Quality matters, supporting the UK Quality team in advising partners and teams on risk management.
• Review and negotiate engagement agreements, NDAs, MSAs, framework agreements, proposals, subcontracts, and related documents.
• Provide risk management and legal advice aligned with EY’s internal frameworks and client needs.
• Stay updated with changes in EY policies, organizational structures, and compliance requirements.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including Independence, Legal, Security, Privacy, and Risk Management teams.
• Contribute to training programs for UK business teams on legal and risk management issues.
