Position:

  • Senior Legal Associate

Eligibility:

  • 3–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience
  • Strong contract management experience
  • Experience in commercial contracts, arbitration, litigation, and legal drafting
  • Infrastructure, EPC, or engineering project experience will be an advantage
  • Strong research, negotiation, and contract interpretation skills
  • Ability to independently manage legal and contractual matters

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage contractual and legal matters
  • Handle commercial contracts and contract management
  • Assist with arbitration and litigation matters
  • Conduct legal research and contract interpretation
  • Draft and negotiate legal and contractual documents
