Position:

  • Senior Legal Associate

Experience:

  • 4–8 years of experience

Eligibility Criteria:

  • BLS/BA LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized university
  • 4–8 years of experience in a law firm or similar setup
  • Hands-on experience in:
    Mergers & Acquisitions
    PE/VC Transactions
    Corporate restructuring & reorganization
  • Strong judgment and ability to provide legal opinions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in leading assignments
  • Prior startup experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle PE/VC, corporate, and transactional matters
  • Lead investment transactions including drafting, vetting, and negotiation
  • Advise on funding, governance, compliance, and investment structures
  • Manage legal team and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Work closely with founders, investors, and stakeholders
  • Provide advice on company law, data protection, contracts, foreign investments, and exits
  • Oversee compliance and legal functions
