Eligibility:
- Law degree and admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction
- Approximately 5–10 years of post-qualification experience
- Significant experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Strong knowledge of technology, SaaS, software licensing, and commercial contracting
- Experience supporting multinational organisations across multiple jurisdictions
- Excellent communication, commercial judgement, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Business fluency in English
Preferred:
- In-house experience in technology, software, or information services
- Middle East market experience
- Exposure to AI-enabled products and services
- Privacy, cybersecurity, and data governance experience
- Public sector or regulated-industry contracting experience
- Arabic language proficiency
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, software licensing, data/content licensing, professional services, NDA, partnership, and AI-related agreements
- Support strategic and high-value customer opportunities, including public sector and regulated-industry deals
- Advise on intellectual property, indemnities, liability allocation, procurement, localisation, and commercial risks
- Provide legal guidance on AI, data governance, privacy, cybersecurity, and emerging technology matters
- Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across regional business initiatives
- Develop legal training and guidance for business stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, Compliance, Professional Services, Leadership, and global legal teams
- Contribute to playbooks, templates, process improvements, and legal operations initiatives
