Eligibility:

  • Law degree (JD / LL.B. / LL.M.) with qualification to practice, preferably in a common-law jurisdiction
  • Experienced legal professional with strong expertise in technology law, IT, SaaS, and outsourcing agreements
  • Exposure to data privacy and technology regulatory considerations
  • Prior private practice experience and high-quality training preferred
  • Ability to work independently with sound legal judgment and a commercial mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Airline IT Legal Support:

  • Providing legal support to Airline IT business across APAC and META regions
  • Enabling sales teams through practical, solution-oriented legal advice
  • Drafting, negotiating, and interpreting complex SaaS, outsourcing, and IT solutions agreements
  • Supporting all deal stages including bids, negotiations, escalations, post-signature issues, claims, and litigation

Strategic Implementation & Account Management:

  • Acting as a strategic legal business partner to Airline IT units
  • Identifying and managing legal, compliance, and risk issues impacting business performance
  • Advising on risk mitigation and supporting commercial strategy execution
  • Acting as an escalation point and liaising with senior management as required

Policy Implementation & Training:

  • Implementing and monitoring compliance with global contracting policies
  • Contributing to development and enhancement of contract templates
  • Supporting and delivering legal and contract-related training
  • Applying specialist expertise to strategic and business-critical contracts

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborating cross-functionally to support continuous business improvement
  • Building strong working relationships with internal teams and global legal colleagues
  • Identifying and organising training initiatives to keep stakeholders informed
