Position:

• Senior Legal Counsel
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• In-house Legal – IT Sector

Eligibility:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience
• Prior in-house legal experience in an IT company
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience in HR-related legal advisory
• Experience in intellectual property management
• Experience in data privacy matters
• Ability to independently manage legal issues and stakeholder expectations

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial and business contracts
• Provide legal advisory and support on HR-related matters
• Manage intellectual property-related legal matters
• Handle data privacy and related compliance matters
• Independently assess and resolve legal issues
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal and contractual risks
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide practical legal solutions
• Support the business on day-to-day in-house legal requirements
