Position:

  • 3–5 years of relevant PQE

Eligibility:

  • LL.B./LL.M. with 3–5 years of relevant PQE
  • Experience in commercial contracts and general legal matters
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, research, and analytical skills
  • Business-oriented approach with strong coordination skills
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil
  • Chennai-based candidates preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, NDAs, and agreements
  • Handle litigation, legal notices, disputes, claims, and regulatory matters
  • Coordinate with external counsel and internal business teams
  • Provide day-to-day legal advice and identify legal risks
  • Handle Legal Metrology matters, including packaging and labelling compliance
  • Conduct legal research and prepare opinions, notices, and replies
  • Maintain legal records, contracts, trackers, and case documentation
