Eligibility:

  • LL.B. from a recognized university or law school
  • LL.M. (desirable)
  • Extensive legal knowledge with significant professional experience
  • Prior FedEx management and/or international experience (highly desirable)
  • Fluency in English (additional local languages are an advantage)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a FedEx leadership role model with the highest ethical and professional standards
  • Leading and supporting functional teams in alignment with regional, divisional, and corporate strategies
  • Managing complex, high-impact programs and initiatives across sub-regions
  • Ensuring regulatory, legal, and policy compliance across all functional activities
  • Advising Officers, Directors, and Senior Vice Presidents on legal, regulatory, and business-critical matters
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating business risks while protecting company and customer assets
  • Driving cross-functional collaboration, performance management, succession planning, and talent development
  • Managing functional budgets and optimizing investments to support business growth
  • Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, including with regulators and subject matter experts
