Eligibility:

  • LL.B. / LL.M. degree
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience

  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client and third-party contracts
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, business teams, and senior management to close complex contractual issues
  • Providing clarity on legal and contractual concepts to business teams
  • Working within the firm’s legal and risk framework to deliver timely solutions
  • Negotiating contractual terms with clients and third parties
  • Assessing engagement risks, escalating critical issues, and supporting time-bound contract closures
  • Understanding and updating SOPs; training junior team members
  • Supporting process simplification, automation, and innovation within the team
  • Ensuring strict adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal risk procedures
  • Maintaining accuracy, independence, and objectivity to mitigate firm risk
