Position:

  • Senior Specialist – Legal & Compliance

Position / Job Type:

  • Full-time

Eligibility:

  • LL.B. or LL.M. degree
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong command of English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong drafting, legal research, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage legal documentation and compliance processes effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, vet, review, and negotiate legal agreements and contracts
  • Handle Leave & License Agreements, Service Agreements, NDAs, MOUs, Property Management Agreements, and Facility Management Agreements
  • Respond to guest grievances and consumer complaints
  • Conduct legal research and maintain legal trackers
  • Coordinate with external counsel and legal advisors
  • Assist in trademark filings and intellectual property matters
  • Ensure timely compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Support owner and guest management functions on legal matters
