Eligibility:
Qualifications:

  • LL.B. or equivalent legal qualification from a recognized university
  • 3–6 years post-qualification experience in contract review and negotiation
  • Experience with contract playbooks, approval workflows, and contract management systems (preferred)
    Skills:
  • Solid understanding of contract law and commercial legal principles
  • Ability to review and negotiate contracts with guidance
  • Familiarity with CLM platforms (e.g., Icertis, Conga, Agiloft, DocuSign) is an advantage
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and analysing commercial contracts including NDAs, POs, vendor agreements, and licensing agreements
  • Applying contract playbooks and established guidelines to ensure compliant contract reviews
  • Identifying and escalating non-standard terms and risks to senior stakeholders
  • Coordinating with procurement, finance, and business teams to align contracts with business objectives
  • Supporting contract approval workflows and maintaining accurate review records
  • Assisting in improving contract templates and playbooks
  • Learning and utilising CLM tools and MS Office for contract management
  • Participating in training initiatives and supporting junior team members
