  • Strong customer-focused approach
  • Knowledge of international legal systems and business practices is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end contract preparation and execution
  • Review, draft, and negotiate vendor and commercial contracts
  • Handle NDAs, software licence, consulting, and service agreements
  • Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, policies, and approved playbooks
  • Coordinate with business teams and subject matter experts
