Position:

  • Sr. Associate / Associate Partner
  • Mortgage & Title Legal Due Diligence
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience

Eligibility:

  • 3–5 years in Mortgage, Lending, Banking, or BFSI
  • Law firm experience required for the leadership role
  • Law firm + bank/NBFC experience preferred
  • LLB, LLM, or equivalent law degree
  • Non-litigation legal experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve TSR/LSR reports for quality, accuracy, and compliance
  • Monitor report delivery within prescribed TATs and manage team productivity
  • Guide, allocate work, and resolve operational and legal issues
  • Handle client queries and build strong client relationships
  • Support billing, collections, business development, and client expansion
  • Coordinate with partners on new business and branch growth initiatives
