Eligibility Criteria:

  • LL.B. (3-year or 5-year program)
  • Prior experience in tax law is a plus; freshers are encouraged to apply
  • Strong research, drafting and analytical skills
  • Good communication and client-service orientation

Key Responsibilities (typical / indicative):

  • Assist in tax advisory and compliance matters (corporate tax, GST, transfer pricing issues as applicable)
  • Draft submissions, opinions, notices and tax-related correspondence
  • Conduct legal and statutory research on tax statutes, notifications and case law
  • Support tax litigation and dispute resolution work (drafting pleadings, briefs, coordination with counsel)
  • Assist with client deliverables, due diligence and transactional tax inputs
