Eligibility:

  • Prior experience in Income Tax matters and appeals preferred
  • Hands-on experience in Income Tax litigation and appellate proceedings
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills
  • Strong advocacy skills
  • Interest in handling complex tax litigation matters

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Income Tax litigation and appeal matters
  • Assist with proceedings before relevant authorities and forums
  • Conduct legal research on tax issues
  • Draft pleadings, submissions, and related legal documents
  • Support case preparation and advocacy
