Eligibility:

  • LL.B. or equivalent degree
  • 5–7 years of legal experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong experience in CLM and commercial contracts
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and mentoring a team handling contract drafting, review, abstraction, and negotiation
  • Overseeing the end-to-end contract lifecycle (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SaaS, procurement contracts)
  • Acting as the first point of escalation for internal stakeholders and clients
  • Driving process improvements, automation, and CLM tool adoption (Icertis, DocuSign, Ironclad, LinkSquares)
  • Identifying legal risks and ensuring policy and regulatory compliance
