Eligibility:

• 5–6 years of proven experience in Intellectual Property
• Strong understanding of IP procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently
• Presentable, flexible, and positive attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage domestic and international trademark clearance searches
• Conduct screening to assess trademark availability
• Prepare and prosecute trademark applications
• Review and analyze watch notices and search reports
• Handle infringement, cancellation, and opposition matters
• Draft legal documents and correspondence for attorney review
• Communicate with in-house and international clients
• Maintain IP records and databases
• Support various IP administrative procedures
