Athena Legal is inviting applications for a Trademark Associate to work on trademark prosecution, portfolio management, IP advisory, and related client-facing matters, with opportunities for increasing ownership and practice development.

Location:

Position:

  • Trademark Associate
  • 3–5 years of post-qualification experience

Eligibility:

  • 3–5 years of PQE
  • Strong hands-on experience in trademark prosecution
  • Exposure to TMT, commercial transactions, and IP/technology contracts preferred
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and client-handling capabilities

Responsibilities:

  • Handle trademark searches, filings, prosecution, and examination responses
  • Manage trademark portfolios and opposition matters
  • Provide trademark-related legal and advisory support
  • Assist with client relationships and practice development
  • Contribute to business development activities and take increasing ownership of matters
