Eligibility:
- 1–2 years of experience in Intellectual Property / Trademark practice
- Prior exposure to trademark prosecution and advisory work preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting trademark clearance searches and providing risk assessments
- Managing global trademark portfolios, including filing, prosecution, and maintenance
- Drafting and responding to Office Actions and oppositions
- Assisting in trademark enforcement matters such as cease & desist notices, domain name disputes, and online takedowns
- Supporting IP due diligence in corporate and commercial transactions
- Coordinating with foreign associates on international trademark matters
- Providing strategic brand protection and IP advisory to clients
