Position:

  • Trademark Associate – Prosecution & Opposition

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Experience in trademark prosecution and opposition matters
  • Strong understanding of trademark procedures and registry practice
  • Ability to independently manage trademark portfolios
  • Attention to detail and ownership of matters
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling trademark filings and prosecution matters
  • Drafting and responding to examination reports
  • Managing trademark opposition proceedings
  • Handling evidence stages in trademark disputes
  • Appearing for hearings before the Trademark Registry
  • Managing active trademark portfolios and contentious matters
