  • Good understanding of commercial agreements and contract management processes
  • Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail
  • Proactive, process-oriented, and team-focused approach
  • Familiarity with legal technology or CLM platforms is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the firm’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) practice across the entire contract lifecycle
  • Draft, review, negotiate, execute, administer, and manage commercial contracts
  • Ensure efficient contract management, compliance, and post-execution support
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers, clients, procurement teams, legal operations professionals, and business stakeholders
  • Assist with contract management processes and legal technology platforms
