Eligibility:

  • Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Law (full-time) from an accredited law school
  • 2–3 years of experience at a law firm or as in-house counsel (Freshers may also apply)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review agreements including licensing, vendor, and data protection agreements
  • Monitor, analyze, and report compliance trends and gaps
  • Prepare MIS reports and compliance analytics for management decision-making
  • Collaborate with senior management and vendor management teams on regulatory and compliance matters
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Communicate compliance issues clearly and effectively
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities
  • Travel as required for compliance-related duties
