Eligibility:
- LL.B. from a recognised university
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience
- Experience in legal advisory and contract management
- Legal research and regulatory compliance experience
- Experience drafting and reviewing contracts, MoUs, and other legal documents
- LL.M. or relevant legal certifications preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advisory support
- Manage and review contracts and agreements
- Conduct legal research
- Assist with regulatory compliance matters
- Draft and review contracts, MoUs, and legal documents
- Support day-to-day legal requirements and documentation
