Role:

The internship provides law students and graduates with practical exposure to legal research, court functioning, and legal advisory in specialized fields such as constitutional law, finance law, labor law, arbitration, and contract law.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Indian students who have completed:
  • 2nd year of a 3-year LL.B. course, or
  • 3rd year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. course, or
  • Graduated from a recognized law college/university
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, infographics, Adobe, etc. preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and referencing work
• Observe and understand court functioning
• Assist in drafting legal advice across various fields of law
• Work under officers and sections within the Department

Location:

Multiple locations – New Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru

Duration:

1 month, starting from the first working day of each month

Stipend/Benefits:

• Honorarium of ₹1,000 upon successful completion
• Internship Certificate (subject to 90% attendance and satisfactory performance)
