Role:

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling transactions, project finance, and general corporate work. This includes advising on deal structuring, financing transactions, and commercial contracts.

Minimum Eligibility:

  • 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house role
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in project finance and/or corporate transactions is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Advise on project finance, infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate transactions
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial and financing agreements
  • Assist clients with regulatory and compliance matters
  • Conduct due diligence and manage transaction execution
  • Operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high-profile clients
