The team also handles legal matters relating to global sales, marketing, media, projects and procurement.

Position:

Eligibility:

  • Students pursuing an LL.B. through a 3-year or 5-year course from a recognised institution
  • Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills
  • Interest in corporate, commercial and regulatory legal work
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to gain exposure to legal matters across Indian and international jurisdictions

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and agreements
  • Support compliance, regulatory and corporate governance matters
  • Contribute to strategic projects and corporate transactions
  • Conduct legal research across relevant Indian and international laws
  • Support litigation management and documentation processes
  • Assist the legal team with ongoing business and commercial matters
  • Gain practical exposure to legal operations across multiple jurisdictions
