Eligibility:

  • Open to 3rd and 4th-year law students only
  • Keen interest in litigation and commercial dispute resolution
  • Strong interest in developing practical legal skills
  • Enhanced legal research and drafting skills preferred
  • Candidates should be motivated, committed and eager to learn

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with legal research on commercial dispute resolution matters
  • Conduct case-law research and analyse relevant legal provisions
  • Assist with drafting legal documents and case-related materials
  • Support the team on ongoing dispute resolution assignments
  • Gain practical exposure to litigation and commercial dispute resolution work
  • Contribute to legal research and drafting under the guidance of the legal team
