Noida, Uttar Pradesh (On-site)

Position / Vacancies:

  • Legal Intern — Corporate / Contracts (6 months)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Pursuing or recently completed LL.B. / B.A. LL.B.
  • Experience: 0–6 months (freshers welcome)
  • Strong understanding of contract & corporate law
  • Excellent drafting, communication and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and vet agreements (NDAs, MoUs, standard contracts)
  • Support contract negotiations and compliance initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external legal consultants
  • Conduct legal research and assist in policy development

Duration:
6 months (on-site)
