Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and prepare research memos
- Draft basic pleadings, notes, and legal documents
- Assist with case preparation and file management across matters in criminal, consumer, labour, corporate, real estate, insolvency, and IP law
- Attend court hearings and assist the litigation team with follow-up and documentation
- Support partners and associates with ad-hoc tasks as required
