Adv. Gautam Singh is a practising advocate with matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the National Green Tribunal, and other courts. The office offers hands-on litigation experience across constitutional, environmental, and commercial matters.

Location:
New Delhi (on-site; includes court appearances at Supreme Court, NGT and other fora)

Position / Vacancies:

• Legal Intern — November 2025 / December 2025 / January 2026 (exclusive months)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Pre-final year, final year law students, or law graduates
• Strong interest in constitutional, environmental, or commercial law and litigation
• Commitment to rigorous legal research, drafting and court assistance

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct substantive legal research and prepare research memos
• Draft pleadings, notes, and case documents
• Assist in case preparation and file management for matters before Supreme Court, NGT and other courts
• Attend hearings and support the litigation team with follow-up and documentation

Duration:
Available only for the months of November, December 2025 and January 2026 (specify your preferred month(s) and availability in the application)
