Position 1: Senior Associate – Litigatio

  • Practice Area: Dispute Resolution
  • Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum 5 years
  • Qualifications:
    • LLB with at least 5 years of legal practice experience
  • Skills & Experience:
    • Proficient in drafting legal documents such as Petitions, Appeal Memos, Plaints, Written Statements, and Affidavits of Evidence
    • Experience appearing before City Civil Courts, District Courts, High Courts, Tribunals, and other legal authorities
    • In-depth knowledge and experience in handling court matters related to Arbitration and Land Acquisition
    • Familiarity with laws including the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996; Civil Procedure Code; Indian Evidence Act, 1872; Indian Contract Act, 1872; NHAI Act; and Consumer Civil Laws
  • Key Attributes:
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines
    • Proficiency in Kannada is an added advantage

Position 2: Senior Associate – Dispute Resolution

  • Practice Area: Dispute Resolution
  • Post-Qualification Experience: 5–8 years
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputed university
  • Skills & Experience:
    • Strong drafting and research skills with the ability to independently prepare various legal documents including Petitions, Statements of Claims, Applications, and Affidavits of Evidence
    • Experience appearing before District Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court, NCLT, and Arbitral Tribunals
    • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in handling court matters related to Arbitration, especially sections 9, 11, 34, 36, and 37; Insolvency Petitions; Civil Suits; and Appeals
    • Proficiency in laws such as the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996; Civil Procedure Code; Indian Evidence Act, 1872; Indian Contract Act, 1872; Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016; and other commercial laws
    • Experience in handling matters related to Arbitration for Infrastructure Companies, Insolvency, and Civil Suits
    • Industry knowledge in infrastructure-related matters
