Role: As a Senior Associate at Lex Consult, the candidate will lead and manage M&A transactions, provide strategic legal advice, negotiate deal terms, and oversee due diligence processes. The role requires functioning independently and leading a team with confidence and expertise.
Minimum Eligibility:
- 5–6 years of experience in M&A deals
- Exposure to real estate transactions is an added advantage
- Ability to function independently
- Eagerness to lead a team with confidence and expertise
