Role:
The paralegal will assist attorneys in the clearance and prosecution of Indian and foreign trademark applications, manage filings with the Indian Trademarks Office, perform preliminary trademark searches, draft legal correspondences, and ensure efficient project delivery with a focus on quality and client management.
Minimum Eligibility:
- At least 2 years of experience as a trademark paralegal.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in trademark clearance and prosecution.
- Handle all aspects of trademark applications, including filings with the Indian Trademarks Office.
- Conduct preliminary trademark searches and draft legal correspondence.
- Update and maintain client dockets and follow up on trademark application filings and prosecution.
- Maintain software databases and communicate effectively with clients and attorneys.
- Independently maintain project trackers as instructed by supervisors.
