Eligibility:

  • LL.B. from a recognized university
  • 3–5 years of experience
  • Minimum 3–4 years experience in a law firm or in-house role
  • Prior experience with manufacturing-related compliances in Haryana is essential

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong drafting, reviewing, negotiation, and finalisation of legal documents (agreements, MoUs, undertakings, etc.)
  • Ability to interpret laws and provide practical, business-oriented compliance solutions
  • Familiarity with Haryana labour laws, factory laws, and environmental regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines
  • High level of independence, ownership, and motivation
  • Strong analytical, execution, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication with internal stakeholders and external authorities
  • High ethical standards, integrity, and sense of responsibility
  • Continuous monitoring of legislative changes and proactive compliance implementation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal requirements across BU-K
  • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalising business contracts
  • Providing legal opinions and transactional advisory to internal teams
  • Supporting plant-level legal and compliance initiatives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for smooth business operations
  • Implementing SOPs, standard agreements, and legal templates
  • Conducting training and awareness programs on legal and compliance matters
  • Supporting senior team members in achieving departmental objectives
