Position:

• Senior – Compliance Review (Legal)
• Practice Area: Risk Advisory – Legal & Compliance

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
• Experience in compliance audits and advisory services
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting abilities
• Ability to handle multiple client assignments simultaneously

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance risk assessments, reviews, and audits
• Develop compliance frameworks including checklists, manuals, SOPs, and policies
• Implement and monitor compliance tools for multiple clients
• Identify and mitigate regulatory and compliance risks across industries
• Maintain strong knowledge of legal compliance areas including:

Labour Laws

• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
• Administrative Laws
• Secretarial Compliance
• Financial Regulations
• Sector-specific regulations
  • Prepare compliance reports for clients and senior management
  • Manage projects and act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients
  • Liaise with internal teams to deliver assignments efficiently
  • Stay updated with statutory and regulatory developments
