- 2+ years of relevant experience
Eligibility:
- LL.B. qualification
- 2+ years of experience in Corporate Law and/or IPR
- Strong legal drafting and research skills
- Good knowledge of Trademark/IPR procedures
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and Kannada
Responsibilities:
- Handle Corporate and IPR matters
- Manage trademark filing, prosecution and related proceedings
- Draft and review legal agreements and documents
- Conduct legal research and provide legal assistance
- Independently manage assigned matters and timelines
- Coordinate with clients and handle matter-related communication
