  • Post: Senior Legal Consultant

Eligibility Criteria:
Category 1:

  • Retired Central/State Government/PSU employee at the level of Deputy Secretary or equivalent (Level-12, Pay Matrix)
  • Experience in the Ministry of Law & Justice or JAG Branch of Armed Forces/CAPFs dealing with legal matters

OR

Category 2:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a NIRF Top 50 University/Institute
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Advocate or Legal Professional in a reputable private firm/PSU
  • Must have handled Property Law, Revenue Law, and Litigation
  • Membership of the Bar Council of India

Desirable Qualifications/Skills:

  • Post-graduate degree/diploma/certificate in Land Laws or related fields
  • Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer operations (MS Office)

Key Responsibilities (Indicative):

  • Handling legal matters related to enemy properties
  • Drafting opinions, legal notes, and briefs
  • Assisting in litigation, property verification, and revenue-related cases
  • Providing legal inputs on policy issues and statutory interpretation
  • Coordinating with government departments and legal authorities
