Position:

  • Trademark Docketing Specialist

Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in trademark docketing
  • Freshers are not eligible

Work Schedule:

  • Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Eligibility Criteria:

  • At least 3 years of experience in trademark docketing work
  • Strong knowledge of IP docketing processes and deadline management
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple IP deadlines and records efficiently
  • Candidates seeking work-from-home roles are not eligible

Joining:

  • Immediate to 1 month notice period preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing trademark docketing systems and monitoring deadlines
  • Maintaining and updating trademark records and filings
  • Coordinating with internal teams and attorneys on trademark matters
  • Tracking prosecution deadlines and regulatory updates
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance in docket management
