Eligibility:
- 2–5+ years PQE in patent litigation
- Ability to handle complex patent disputes independently
- Strong understanding of patent law and related legal principles
- Excellent research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience with court appearances and managing multiple matters
- Ability to understand and analyse technical and scientific documents
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling patent litigation matters before courts and tribunals
- Drafting pleadings, applications, written submissions, and legal opinions
- Conducting in-depth legal and technical research
- Appearing before courts and assisting in hearings
- Coordinating with clients, experts, and internal teams on patent disputes
