Eligibility:

• 2–5+ years PQE in patent litigation
• Ability to handle complex patent disputes independently
• Strong understanding of patent law and related legal principles
• Excellent research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience with court appearances and managing multiple matters
• Ability to understand and analyse technical and scientific documents

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling patent litigation matters before courts and tribunals
• Drafting pleadings, applications, written submissions, and legal opinions
• Conducting in-depth legal and technical research
• Appearing before courts and assisting in hearings
• Coordinating with clients, experts, and internal teams on patent disputes
